Terms of Service

Welcome to FB Migrator (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service provided by IT Perspective ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service is designed to migrate accounting data from Fasterbooks to QuickBooks Online. The Service is customized for and exclusively available to MPI Morheat and is not intended for use by any other party.

3. Access and Use

3.1 Eligibility: The Service is intended solely for MPI Morheat Inc. Unauthorized use by any other person or entity is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your use of the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service uses API keys provided by QuickBooks Online. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of QuickBooks Online, which are available on their website.

5. Data Migration

5.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the data provided for migration is accurate and complete. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the data provided by you.

5.2 Completion: We will use reasonable efforts to complete the data migration in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee the timeline for completion and are not responsible for any delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, logos, and trademarks, are owned by IT Perspective. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your data to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Perspective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IT Perspective from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal and accounting fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
